Provision of personal data is voluntary, but if you wish to use our services it is necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement. We require you to provide the following personal information in order to be able to enter into and duly perform a contract with you:

If for some reason you do not provide this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you and you will not be able to use our services.
